Our retained recruitment model typically involves a three-part payment structure: one-third of the fee is paid upon acceptance of the recruitment brief, another third upon submission of a shortlist of qualified candidates, and the final third upon the successful placement of a candidate. This structured approach ensures our commitment to delivering top-tier talent efficiently, allowing you to concentrate on driving your business forward.

Targeted Talent Search

Our main service is our traditional ‘contingency’ recruitment service offering a placement fee once your candidate is hired.

We will work closely with you to understand who it is your looking for, deploy our tools (and expertise) to scout and present top-tier candidates directly to you with no obligation to hire.

Our fees are based on a percentage of the candidate’s salary and are only payable upon successful placement.
